Terms of Service

You must not use your bouncer with the intention of evading any ban on any network, or channel.
You must not use your bouncer with the intention of spamming a network or other user.
You must not use your bouncer with the intention of generating profit.
You must not give your bouncer to another user, by selling or otherwise.
You must not use your bouncer with the intention of doing illegal activities.
You must not use your bouncer with the intention of using it as a method of transferring overly large files.
Your BNC must be created with the intention of using it. You must not request one purely to idle in your channel.
You must follow the network rules of any network you connect to.
You must only connect to your BNC using a standard IRC client, you may not use it in conjunction with a bot or 3rd party script.

rdlBNC can, and will terminate your bouncer if you break any of the simple rules laid out above.

You may join unlimited channels with your bouncer.
You may send & recieve unlimited lines of (non-spam) text with your bouncer.
You may send & receive up to 25MB worth of DCC transfers within any 24 hour period.
You may connect to your bouncer using any number of clients.
You may have five (5) BNCs, but no more than one (1) per network. This is due to spammers using an idle BNC to improve their channel size

If you change your network from the one you originally requested. It is your responsibility to make sure the new network is not in our blacklist. If it is and you connect to it regardless, your BNC may get removed.
You may be required to state a reason if you request more than 5 bouncers, if you can provide a legitimate reason, you will likely be provided with more.
You must provide accurate details for your bouncer and/or account information. This includes using a real email address, not a temporary one.
You're not permitted to request bouncers using proxies or TOR networks.
