Support via your BNC


You can access support via your own BNC. Simply type "/msg *support" followed by your message, and it'll be sent to admins in a special channel only rdlBNC staff can read. If no one replies within around 15 minutes, we're probably all busy. Try again later, or use another method.

Support via IRC


IRC Support is based in a channel owned by rdlBNC staff, where staff and other members of the rdlBNC community, mainly other rdlBNC users can offer help and assistance. Only those with half-ops (%) or higher (@ & ~) in the channel have access to our back-end. The 'opening' times stated below apply only to staff members. The channel is open 24/7 for people to join and talk. However 'official' support from staff can only be guaranteed during the opening times. If you have a compatible IRC client installed, you can click here to auto-load IRC and our channel.

Most of rdlBNC's staff are from Europe, and therefore our support is available during mainly European times.
Emails: Answered within 30 hours at all times.
IRC & BNC Support: Available from 15:00 til 23:00 GMT, Monday to Saturday. No sunday service.


Our support is ENGLISH only. If you do not have a good understanding of English. Ask someone who does to contact support on your behalf. We do not have time to try understanding other languages. We're very busy people
